Robots I have worked with


Universal Robots UR5

The UR5 is a super fun robot to work with. A lot of projects at the Cooperative Robotics Systems Lab and the Interactive Robotics Lab use the UR5.


Double 3

The Double 3 is a telepresence robot. I had the chance to play around with it a lot at the HRI Lab at Kyoto University. I considered using it in my Master’s research but ultimately went with Robovie.


Robovie

Robovie, is a platform for Human-Robot Interaction. I used it in my Master’s research on identification and prevention of misuse of avatar robots at Kyoto University.


Robosapien

It’s a toy by Wowee robotics but we modded it heavily and used it in Imitation Therapy with children on the ASD spectrum.


Robo-Chotu

Robo-Chotu, a low-cost social robot. This was originally my undergraduate final year project and then later used in some funded projects. We build this from the ground up. I worked on this between 2017 and 2020.
